Looking for a personal trainer in the Clifton Park, NY area? Fitness Artist is different from other fitness centers. We are one of the premier fitness centers that provides a private one-on-one studio where you get expert guidance for a half-hour session. In that half hour, you get a great total body workout. In addition to personal training and personal yoga, we offer small group sessions for two to three individuals.

Besides private and small group sessions, Fitness Artist offers
multi-level memberships for fitness classes, including yoga
classes, Bootcamp, TRX suspension training and Zumba. Call to
find out about our Blue and Yellow memberships, which include
unlimited group classes and nutritional counseling from our
registered dietician. Drop-ins are welcome. We also
offer rehabilitation exercise regimes and work with
amputees.

Upon your first visit to Fitness Artist, you will receive a free
trial workout for assessment purposes. Then, we’ll
suggest a specialized regimen for you to follow. Our training
program focuses on every aspect of fitness and is based on the
concept of balance, including flexibility, core training, weight
loss, toning, nutrition, and mass building.
We recommend that you commit to a minimum of two sessions per week in order to set up a consistent schedule and guarantee faster results. You’ll see your body change quickly, but you must also understand that everything worth having requires hard work, dedication, and ambition. You will receive training from a fitness professional, and Fitness Artist will supply the motivation and tools to help you realize the body and mind you want.

As fitness professionals, we offer you a 100% ironclad
promise that if you set realistic goals and follow our guidance,
you will reach your full potential. This is a team effort
that requires consistency and commitment from both the fitness
professional and the client. We only work with a select group
of individuals who have the drive and willpower to better their
health.
You will be asked and expected to practice assignments we give you.
At times, you may have to face and overcome obstacles such as feeling physically ill, emotionally drained, or being just flat out LAZY!
You need to be patient and accept the fact that the program
takes time. It will not change your body overnight, and it
requires lifestyle changes to make you physically and emotionally
stronger. You will most likely be asked to change your
current eating habits as well as your attitude.
